Clifford J. Weininger
Clifford Weininger has more than 30 years experience in handling a wide variety of complex civil, criminal and family matters throughout the State and in Federal Court.

Mr. Weininger was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1969 after attending Penn State University and Seton Hall Law School. Mr. Weininger is admitted to practice before the State of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Prior to founding the firm of Clifford J. Weininger, Attorney at Law, Clifford Weininger served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey and as the former First Assistant Prosecutor for the County of Morris before entering private practice.

Since 1983, Mr. Weininger has been a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Of more than 70,000 attorneys 1 at law in the State of New Jersey, approximately 1,113 are Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Civil Trial Attorneys and approximately 278 are Certified Criminal Trial Attorneys. Of these select attorneys, only 59 have the distinction of dual certification as both Civil Trial and Criminal Trial Attorneys.2

Attorneys may be designated by the Supreme Court as "certified attorneys" if they: are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge and skill in a specific area of law or practice; have passed a rigorous examination; and have been recognized by their peers as having sufficient skills and reputation in the designated specialty." 3

Joseph J. Fritzen
Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1994, Joseph Fritzen has been associated with the firm for more than five years.

Mr. Fritzen received an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College in 1991, where he was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Mr. Fritzen then attended Seton Hall University and received a law degree in 1994.

After graduation, Mr. Fritzen entered private practice and concentrates on general litigation, including personal injury matters, workers compensation, employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims, commercial litigation, and family law.

Mr. Fritzen is admitted to practice before all state courts in the State of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and before all courts in the State of Pennsylvania and the State of North Carolina.
